Ian Robson
With over 35 years of experience working with teams in the British Military and Energy Sector, Ian is a highly skilled leadership and team development consultant. A dynamic presenter, facilitator, and coach, he has a talent for making complex subjects simple and providing practical, actionable strategies that leaders can apply immediately. His ability to break down challenges into clear, manageable steps empowers leaders and teams to drive lasting organizational success. Ian has worked with interpreters and translators to enable communication with teams across the globe.
TRAINER/COACH
Bill Lawrence
Bill brings over 30 years of experience with expertise in safety and leadership training roles in oil and gas, and leadership roles in construction and military, for companies such as Valaris, Ryland Homes and United States Marine Corps. He holds degrees in Occupational Safety and Health and Business Administration.
HUMAN PERFORMANCE SPECIALIST
Dr. Jared Dempsey PhD
An industrial psychologist, Jared has spent over 20 years researching, teaching and consulting in the area of human performance. He has a fascination with how people manage risk and a passion for helping people progress. He holds various positions with professional bodies: Jared serves as the Co-Chair of the Human Factors workgroup with Step Change in Safety, he is Chartered by the British Psychological Society and is a Fellow with the Higher Education Academy. Dr. Dempsey’s vision is to make human factors accessible and practical for everyone.
