We will also determine through observations and interviews how well the SMS is understood and used by your teams. This assessment will allow for a bespoke Safety Culture implementation plan to be developed.
Train
Base on the assessment Excel-erate will customize a training program, using interactive workshops, to help your entire team understand the purpose for the tools in the SMS, and how to achieve that purpose.
Coach
Once trained, your team will receive on-the-job coaching to help build competence and commitment in your SMS tools.
Sustain
Excel-erate will build a plan and systems to help you assure the competent use of your SMS is sustained and the commitment to continuous improvement is part of your company's safety culture.
