Our Process
Assess
Through observations, interviews and 360 feedback, Excel-erate will identify your greatest threats and opportunities. Then, through collaboration with you, we will design a customized plan to fit the needs of your leadership, management and supervisor group.
Train
To set people up for success, it's essential to provide what they need to help them achieve what we expect of them. Based on the Assessment, Excel-erate will customize a training program from a suite of Leadership Development Modules. This information will then be delivered through interactive workshops, providing your team knowledge, 'tools', and techniques that, when applied, will immediately improve the quality of their leadership.
Coach
Doing something new or different can be challenging. When faced with these challenges people tend to revert back to what they know and are used to. Excel-erate coaches will help leaders apply the knowledge, 'tools' and techniques from the workshops and help overcome the obstacles of putting theory into practice.
